Account Information:   As a valued Davern Customer, you have already been allocated an individual customer id and password. In order to get the most out of this website, including your personal pricing details, you will need to sign in, using your specified customer id and password.

Don't Have an Account?   Davern Workwear only supplies to the distributor chain throughout the UK. If you are an end-user customer, please call our sales hotline on 01354 602299, and ask our team of Sales Staff where your nearest distributor for Davern Products is located. If you are a clothing distributor, again, please call our sales hotline, and we will set up your credit account immediately.

Changing Your Password:   To change your password, log into the site with your customer id and current password. Once you are logged in, please click on the [My Profile] link in the top left hand corner of the page. Then click on the [CHANGE PASSWORD] button, and alter your password.

Forgotten Your Password:   If you have forgotten your password, look at the login section of the homepage, and click on the [FORGOTTEN PASSWORD] button. If you then enter your customer i.d., a new password will be immediately e-mailed to you. If you are still experiencing problems with entering the site, then please contact our dedicated sales team on 01354 602299.

Product Search:   The product search facility is available throughout all sections of the website, and can be located in the top left hand corner of your page at all times. You can search by four different means, simply type in one of the following:

• The Product Code
• The Product Name
• Specific Keywords
• The product Brand

in the appropriate space, and then click on [search].

Search Results:   Your search results will be displayed in thumbnails across the screen. You can scroll down for full results. This thumbnail will give you the garment code, a brief description, the product brand and a picture of the product. Simply click on the product thumbnail that you require for full garment detailing, pricing information, or to buy the product.

No Results:     If an incorrect product code is entered, or if the system does not recognise your search query, a message will be displayed on the screen "sorry, your search returned 0 results" If this occurs, try typing a variation on your keyword, or checking the code entered. If this still does not bring up the result that you require, then please call our sales hotline on 01354 602299, and one of our trained sales staff will be able to handle your enquiry.

Online Ordering:   Online shopping using the Davern site is very easy. You can browse for the products you require by making use of our Product Search Facility (top left of every page) or by entering through the Product Directory, located bottom left of every page. Your product choices will then be shown as thumbnails, indicating product code, a small picture, brief description and brand.

Once you have clicked on the product thumbnail, you will get a full garment description, a hi-res picture, fabric and weight details and line drawings. If you scroll down, you can click on the colour that you require, and then fill in the matrix below with the quantities of garments that you require.

You can continue shopping by returning to the product search facility or the product directory. If you have finished shopping, you can press the [CHECKOUT] button at the bottom of the shopping basket page. You will then be talked through the checkout procedure, given the option to alter your shopping basket contents, add comments and purchase order details.

At the end of your order, you will be given a unique internet order code, your order will be sent to the Davern Sales Team, and an order acknowledgement will be sent immediately to your own e-mail address. A member of our sales team will contact you immediately with stock availability details, and to finalise your order.

Account and Payment Details:   With a Davern Credit Account, any orders that are placed over the Internet will be invoiced, and all invoices are to be settled 30 days end of month from date of invoice.
